Faq’s

  • please click on the tab either at the top of this website, or on the ‘sign up now!’ button on the home page. this will then direct you to our sign up form via a site called ‘pembee’.

    Please select the located choir you would like your child to join. this is where you will be asked to enter your child’s information and payment details also, so we can get them signed up to the choir!

  • we currently offer a monthly subscription or termly option for payment.

    Sessions are £10.00 each, though we charge a monthly fee depending on how many sessions are during the month. For example, if there are 3 sessions that month, you will be charged £30.00 for that month on the 1st of the month.

    We also offer a termly ticket that costs £120.00 for the whole term, as we guarantee 12 sessions in each term.

    (we ask for a commitment to the choir, and this is why we don’t offer drop in sessions)

    We use stripe for credit & debit card payment through our booking system ‘pembee’.

  • yes. we only take payment through stripe/pembee which is integrated into our website.

  • Our show dates will be booked in advance and an email confirmation will be sent out to all parents with location, times and ticket price. We aim to perform in a local hall close to where lessons take place.

  • each child can bring along one adult for free to our shows. any extra tickets will be an additional cost. an email will be sent out nearer the time with information on the ticket price.

  • the monthly/termly price for sessions covers the hire of the hall, the choir leader, the choir leaders assistant, the song arrangements and resources, maintenance of our website and admin.

    the ticket price for the shows covers the hire of the halls, the payment of the professional musicians in the backing band, the sound and lighting tech and the administrative aspects of putting on a rock show.

  • unfortunately we are unable to offer discounts.

  • we provide 12 sessions in each term (Summer, autumn & spring).

    (this is not including the show)

    if for any reason the choir leader is poorly/unable to provide a session, everything will be done to ensure we make up that session within the term/year.

  • we can only provide a refund in exceptional circumstances unfortunately, due to the nature of the costs of the business and the choir leader being available to teach. please contact us via email if an exceptional circumstance has occurred.

  • We will provide lyrics printed on paper for each new song, for the children to take home. please take care of these and bring them to each session.

  • we hold an enhanced dbs check, are insured with public liability insurance for the choir and have a safeguarding policy in place that can be sent at request.
